Yes. Creed Hub Scents & Fragrances is an authorised Michael’s Bouquet agent, and every product we sell is genuine stock supplied through our agency. We do not sell counterfeits, testers, or decants.
Michael’s Bouquet is the fragrance house whose products we are authorised to sell in Kenya. The range covers eau de parfum, body mists, body lotions, shower gels, roll-on deodorants and tissue oils, organised into collections including Black, Charcoal, Navy, Emerald, Mint and the premium Elixir Collection.
Each collection groups fragrances of a similar character. Every product page lists that scent’s top, heart and base notes along with its scent family and the occasions it suits. The Elixir Collection is the premium line.
Eau de parfum comes in 50 mL, body mists in 100 mL, body lotions in 400 mL, shower gels in 450 mL and roll-on deodorants in 50 mL. Each product page states its size.
That varies with the individual fragrance, your skin type and the weather, so we do not publish a single figure — we would rather say nothing than quote numbers we cannot stand behind. Every product page describes the scent’s character and when it suits best, and our team can advise over WhatsApp.
Every product page lists notes, scent family, and the occasions and weather it suits. If you would like a recommendation, message us on WhatsApp with what you usually enjoy wearing and we will suggest options from the range.

Yes, within Nairobi. Orders going outside Nairobi must be paid before dispatch — standard practice for courier deliveries, and it protects both sides.

Delivery, Returns & Refunds
Yes, to all 47 counties.
Nairobi is KSh 300 and arrives the same day for orders confirmed before 2:00pm, or the next day after that. Everywhere else in Kenya is KSh 500 and takes 1–3 working days by courier. The charge is calculated automatically at checkout once you select your county.
Not at present. We deliver within Kenya only.
Courier timelines are estimates rather than guarantees — public holidays, weather and courier backlogs can add a day or two. If your order is delayed we will contact you rather than leave you guessing.
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unopened and unused with its seal and packaging intact, and you have proof of purchase. Return delivery costs for change-of-mind returns are yours to cover. Once we receive and check the item we refund the product price within 7 working days.
Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is broken, leaking, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full including delivery costs — your choice.
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes, body mists, lotions, shower gels, roll-on deodorants or tissue oils, unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
