These terms apply to every order placed with Creed Hub Scents & Fragrances through this website. By placing an order you accept them.
Who we are
Creed Hub Scents & Fragrances is an authorised agent of Michael’s Bouquet, operating online from Nairobi, Kenya. We are a retailer. We do not manufacture fragrances, and we are not affiliated with any other fragrance house or brand.
Products
All products are genuine Michael’s Bouquet stock. Fragrance notes, scent families and descriptions on this site are provided as guidance. Scent is subjective and how a fragrance performs varies from person to person with skin type, weather and how it is stored — a description is not a guarantee of how it will smell or last on you.
Product images are representative. Packaging may change without notice.
Prices and availability
All prices are in Kenyan Shillings and include VAT where applicable. Prices exclude delivery, which is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid for an order.
Stock is limited. If an item you have paid for is unavailable, we will offer you an alternative or refund you in full — your choice.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm payment or, for Nairobi pay-on-delivery orders, once we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our coverage, or we suspect fraud.
Payment
We accept M-Pesa to Till Number 8670030, and cash or M-Pesa on delivery within Nairobi. After paying by M-Pesa, send the confirmation code to 0711348906 quoting your order number. Orders outside Nairobi are dispatched only after payment is confirmed.
Delivery
See our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns
See our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order plus delivery. Fragrances and body care products are for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, check the product packaging before use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies.
