This policy explains what personal information Creed Hub Scents & Fragrances collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
What we collect
- Order information — your name, delivery address, county, phone number and email address.
- Payment information — the M-Pesa confirmation code you send us. We never see or store your M-Pesa PIN, and we do not store card details.
- Account information — if you create an account, your login details and order history.
- Website usage — standard analytics such as pages visited and device type.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, to contact you about that order, to handle returns, and to keep the accounting records the law requires. We use your phone number to confirm orders and deliveries — this is the main way we communicate.
Who we share it with
We share your name, phone number and delivery address with our courier partners, because otherwise they cannot deliver to you. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
Marketing
We will only send you promotional messages if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or telling us on 0711348906, and we will action it.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for seven years to meet Kenyan tax and accounting requirements. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw them.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it, and to withdraw consent to marketing.
